Thank you for your purchase from Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final (General Rule)

All sales of digital products and downloadable content—including but not limited to music, audio files, ringtones, beats, software, licenses, and digital media—are final and non-refundable once the purchase or download is completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving a digital product and that all sales are final, except as expressly stated below.

2. Exception: Games (Digital Downloads Only)

A full refund may be issued only for digital games, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The game must be digitally downloaded from an official Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC platform.

  2. The refund request must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the original purchase date.

  3. The buyer must contact us via email within the 72-hour period.

  4. The refund request must include:

    • the purchaser’s email address,

    • proof of purchase (order number or transaction ID),

    • the name of the game purchased.

Refund requests submitted after 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund (Games Only)

Refund requests for eligible games must be submitted by email to:

support@fredangrandentertainment.com

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Music, ringtones, beats, and audio content

  • Software licenses or digital licenses

  • Downloadable media (other than games)

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Items obtained through unauthorized sources

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • denial of future purchases,

  • suspension of access to services,

  • termination of licenses.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
