2. License Grant

4. Share unauthorized copies of software, keys, licenses, or downloads.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.

4. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal data. You agree to review and understand the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

5. Updates & Modifications

The Company may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

6. No Warranty / Disclaimer

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

We do not guarantee:

• compatibility with all hardware or systems,

• that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC is not liable for:

• direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,

• loss of data, revenue, profits, or use,

• security breaches or unauthorized access.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

8. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your license and access to the Services at its discretion if:

• you violate these Terms,

• your use poses a security or legal risk,

• the Company elects to discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, you must stop all use and delete all copies of the software.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
