Exclusive Rights & License Agreement (Pre-Download Acceptance)

Effective Date: 1/20/2026

This Ringtone, Beat, and/or Music (the “Audio Content”) is the exclusive intellectual property of Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC (“Owner”).

1. Ownership of Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Audio Content, including but not limited to copyrights, master rights, composition rights, and any derivative rights, are exclusively owned by Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC. No ownership rights are transferred under this agreement.

2. Limited License (If Applicable)

Subject to acceptance of these terms, you may be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Audio Content solely for personal use, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written consent from Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC:

• Sell, resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the Audio Content

• Use the Audio Content for commercial purposes

• Claim ownership or authorship of the Audio Content

• Modify, remix, sample, or create derivative works

• Upload or share the Audio Content on any platform, marketplace, or media service

4. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are strictly reserved by Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC.

5. Termination

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of any license granted, without notice, and may subject you to legal action.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Audio Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.
If you do not agree, you must not download or use the Audio Content.

Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final (General Rule)

All sales of digital products and downloadable content—including but not limited to music, audio files, ringtones, beats, software, licenses, and digital media—are final and non-refundable once the purchase or download is completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving a digital product and that all sales are final, except as expressly stated below.

2. Exception: Games (Digital Downloads Only)

A full refund may be issued only for digital games, subject to the following conditions:

1. The game must be digitally downloaded from an official Fred Angrand Entertainment, LLC platform.

2. The refund request must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the original purchase date.

3. The buyer must contact us via email within the 72-hour period.

4. The refund request must include:

   • the purchaser’s email address,

   • proof of purchase (order number or transaction ID),

   • the name of the game purchased.

Refund requests submitted after 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund (Games Only)

Refund requests for eligible games must be submitted by email to:

support@fredangrandentertainment.com

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Music, ringtones, beats, and audio content

• Software licenses or digital licenses

• Downloadable media (other than games)

• Promotional or discounted items

• Items obtained through unauthorized sources

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

• denial of future purchases,

• suspension of access to services,

• termination of licenses.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
